In my life I have had a number of mentors, who have shaped the kind of person I am. They had major influence on my personal as well as professional career. I am now doing the same at my practice Quantum Wellness Center in Moraga, CA.

I never underestimate the power of influence. I have witnessed people losing integrity and honesty under peer pressure, even when it seems to be subtle.

Are you surrounded by people who are nudging you off course ever so subtly that you are not catching up? Then after a while you ask yourself how did you get here? I know it happened to me in a similar way some years ago.

Today, I study the subtle influences carefully, and I make sure I want my life to turn out the way I have planned it to be, while I am with certain associations.

So here are my tips as to how to evaluate your own associations.

  • Who are the people you associate with?
  • How are these individuals influencing your life in positive ways, and helping you towards your goals?
  • How do they influence your thinking or attitude?
  • Do you like the effect of the kind of associations you have?
  • Should you allow it to continue an association, if it is not helping you with your goals?
  • Do you like the effect of the individuals' association with you?

You should really take an inventory of the effect of people's associations on you.

Mentoring

2010 is going to be the best decade ever in the natural health field.

With my coaching and mentoring services underway, I am extremely excited to pass on my 45 years of accumulative studies and experience, and skills of exploring natural health solutions to my eager students. These are achieved because of my working with thousands of individuals with various chronic unhealthy conditions and getting results every time.
